2. User Responsibilities

By using this app, you represent that you are the owner of the documents uploaded or have explicit legal authority from the patient to audit these records. You agree not to upload fraudulent documents or use the service for any illegal purposes.

3. AI Accuracy and Limitations

You acknowledge that our service uses experimental artificial intelligence technology.

The App may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results.
You should independently verify all "flagged" items with your insurance provider or medical facility before taking action.
Gold Duo is not responsible for any financial decisions or legal actions taken based on the App's output.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Medical Bill Auditor" name, logo, and the software itself are the property of Gold Duo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal or small-business auditing purposes.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the security of the App.
